Round three of our attempt to leave Maruia is about to start and again i wonder if this is for real this time or another test. We have sold our property so many times to people who were unable ot obtain finance in the end but this time it could be a thing as deposit has been paid. In three days we begin our journey back to the north island in search of what the next things is. we think it’s to buy a building to live in or perhaps develop into some kind of art entity but im not counting any chickens yet as we have been going through the motions of the new thing quite a bit. And what of the boat? Well that’s the thing isn’t it? Im not sure where that fits in, if at all to what the new prospects are. what’s more i want to enter into a land of opportunities not the land of confusion. So i feel like i just need to take things slow and take some time to look at all the options. But in the end i know i will still have to go with gut instincts and faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
